Notes

Fished right in the middle of about 25 bass boats right at the base of the 95 bridge. While everyone was pulling in fish after fish, I didn't get a single nibble for a solid hour. I moved further upstream from most everyone else, right in front of the Southern States building and anchored up. I added a spoon trailer to my shad dart and started playing with retrieval speed and counting down the line fall. I would cast, count to 7 to 10 seconds, then begin a rapid retrieval (burning it as fast as I could). I hooked into nearly 4 or 5 shad this way (might be blueback herring). The tide started pulling out and the severe wind kicked in, making it VERY difficult to fish so I packed it up and headed in.
