Notes

Two weeks ago my wife and I fished Green Peter. We caught 4 fish one rainbow and three small kokanee about 9 inches.
Today we started about 11:30 and took us until about 1:00 to catch our first fish. Our first two were about 9 inches. About 3:00 we caught another kokanee and It was 12 or 13 inches. Wow nice fish. I’m now excited about this season after catching bigger kokanee. We released all the fish this trip. We caught about 15 fish by about 5:30 and went home. It was a great trip. We fished the east side of the island and up the middle fork a little ways. We found the fish in about 40 to 60 feet of water and fished our downriggers about 30 to 35 feet deep. Most of my fish hit on a small red and copper Dick night lure. My wife was using a green cop car. It is one of my bead lures that I make. It has brite green and black beads with a green blade. We used unscented white corn. The water has come up a long ways. Next week we may have to use the upper ramp.
Thank you Larry
