Notes
Early start. tried for perch and pickerel low down but nothing was biting. Power bait on two rods form the pond side of the culvert. A guy on the lake side was killing them. He had found a hole.After he left a guy took his spot and skunked. Time to bring out the Humminbird, I think.
I was giving up when a rainbow hit the floating eggs. I had orange power bait on the other rod - no takers. My 4lb line has been hit twice - nothing on the 6lb. I wonder . . .
