Notes
Karl and I did some scouting initially of the Kinnickinnic down around its mouth, but it would have been a big hike to the river because of the road closures. So, we drove back a bit and headed to River Falls. We found the same stretch below a dam that Karl had fished several years ago. I found a few sporadically rising fish and was able to catch a 10" brown on a caddis. A little later, we found a pod of small fish rising in a flat section. I initially tried fishing to them with a clear wing spinner and had one on, but that was it. So, I busted out the big guns and threw the Clouser in the hole and landed one while missing several hits.
