Notes
Steve: 6Bass 1Pike, Me: 3Bass (Steve got a beast of a 17.5" fish. We both figured it was 4lbs easy. I think it weighed light as there is no way it wasn't 3.5lbs. He got it fishing the reed line behind Double Cane. We both got a bass out of the pads. Steve got a couple on the way to the Cookie Jar. We both got one there, and Steve missed two more. At sunset, we went to Chuck's Out Reeds. Had a big fish not get the Billy Goat and not come back for it. I blew a chance for a double as we came around on the backside. Steve got another 2lber. Then I got the 4lber on the fourth try. Somehow it missed the first three times I set the hook. Steve missed a chance for a double as I brought the fish into the boat. He got one more and had a pike miss the Sparrow. Not a whole lot of visible activity tonight, which really surprised me.)
