Notes
7Bass 4Pike (Started at NPBI, big mistake. Don't know why I can't catch anything there. Plenty of baitfish around. I got into bass and pike right away at OCR., But it died pretty quickly. Had a couple of bites on a swim jig in the juice. I talked to a guy, but I am unsure if he was fishing pike or bass. He headed NW, and I went to Chuck's Pt. I got one bass in the reeds slop more towards shore and one coming back out on a craw tube in some rice. The other guy headed toward Double Cane while I was at the CPt. He took off again south a little after I got the craw tube fish. I decided to head up the Cookie Jar even though it's possible that was where the guy went. Just got one bass at the CJ on the Gilly. Of course, the Gilly came off the hook when the bass jumped, and it sunk to the bottom. I couldn't get the next one to rig right. Didn't go to Sullivan because Mom was intent on going to Brainerd.)
