Notes
It was pretty much a waste of time. I got behind every slow person in the world on the way to the pond. By the time I got to the pond I only had 45 minutes to fish. I saw a few fish tickle the top water a bit. I had one real big hit in the wood pylons by the drain. I cast my T-rigged Yum Wooly Hawg Tail into the middle of the posts. I used a slow retrieve and I felt a hard thump. I thought it was the weight hitting the support cross member until I felt a hard pull and saw the line move. By then it was too late... I pulled to set the hook and she spit it out before I got the chance.
The pond was real high. So high it was actually draining out the pipe which is the first time I have ever seen it do that. The wind was very light if any. The moon was between full and new. Not exactly the best time to fish but at least I was fishing.
