Notes
Brookville was pretty high - probably 2 ft above summer pool and quite muddy above hanna creek. I tried crappie in big Elly with no bites so I switched to a bass jig - 1/2oz black/blue football jig with a baby paca craw to match. I caught a 17" LMB on on eo fthe first throws. It was my first bass on a jig ever. I was pumped. I fished a bit longer with no more bites so I moved back south into much cleaner water and caught 16 real nice (10 - 11") crappie. Also caught a few small walleye and Smallmouth bass. nIce trip overall. It was cool and overcast with a forecast of rain but the showers never came. Wind was light.
