Notes
Fished with Dad and Johnny. The lake was great in the moring, slightly overcast and aenough wind to put a chop on the water. The pike were active and followed orange stickbaits, and the Strom Wildeye Stocker Trout. No takers however. The wind would increase throughout the day, eventually creating 2 foot swells, with white caps. We started to troll troll around 10:30AM and the wind had whipped up the waves, causing it to be futile. Tried to cast a little bit more without success. Headed is when the wind made the lake less safe, and less comfortable.
