Wind river boat ramp very shallow,review charts.. back up ramp @ draino.
Fishing was fun, but tricky to get out in morning. wind was blowing 15 -20 out of the East. white caps breaking @ 5 to six feet.
fished in 8o feet of eater with no luck .motored up river to abou90feet and found fish. fished at green marker 23#
